Bedrooms & bed sizes
Two double bedrooms are situated downstairs (mattress 160 and 180 cm wide) and another two are located upstairs (both mattresses 200 cm wide). All bedrooms feature TV and ensuite bathroom with shower.

Internet
High speed WiFi is available free of charge in the entire property.

Parking
Free parking is available for up to 3 cars on the street in front of the house. Additionally we have parking space for one car in the forecourt.

Cot & High Chair
One baby travel cot and one high chair are available free of charge upon request.

Pets
Pets are not allowed. Sorry!

Partying
Parties are not allowed:-( We need to be thoughtful of neighbours. Thank you for your understanding!

Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in the house.

Air Conditioning
The entire building is airconditioned.

Coffee Maker
There is a bean-to-cup coffee machine. Please bring whole bean coffee with you.

Washing Machine
There is a washing machine hidden in kitchen cabinet next to the sink. Please bring laundry detergents.

Towels & Bed Linen
We provide you with 100% cotton towels and bed linen. There are one large and one small towel and one bed linen set per person. Please bring your own beach towels.

BBQ Grill
There is a portable gas grill on the patio. We take care of gas cylinder for you.

How to pay on sight?
Tourist tax and damage (security) deposit are collected in cash upon check in. We can not accept credit/debit cards. Sorry!

Check In
Check in is from 3:00 pm. Early check in is available upon request and subject to availability. We will let you know a few days prior to arrival.

Check Out
Check out time is 10:00 am. We need time to prepare our property for the next guest. If there is no arrival on your check out day, we will be happy to provide you with a late check out.
