Bedrooms & Bed Sizes
There are two bedrooms on each floor accommodating a total of 8 people. Downstairs one of the bedrooms is with queen size double bed, the other one comes with two single beds. Upstairs you will find two double bedded rooms with king size bed. There are 4 bathrooms with shower, two of them are en-suite. Extra beds are not available.

Towels & Bed Linen
We provide you with 100% cotton towels and bed linen. There are 1 large and 1 small towel and 1 bed linen set per person. Please bring your own beach towels with you.

Cot & High Chair
One baby travel cot and one high chair are available free of charge upon request.

Internet
High speed WiFi is available free of charge in the entire property.

Parking
Free parking is available for up to 3 cars on the street in front of the property. Additionally we have parking space for one car within the grounds.

Pets
Pets are not allowed. NO-PETS clause applies to visitors too. Thank you for your understanding.

Partying
Parties are not allowed:-( Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. Please be considerate and mind the neighbours and surrounding residents. Thank you!

Smoking
Smoking is not allowed indoor.

Air Conditioning
The entire building is air-conditioned. All bedrooms are individually air-conditioned.

Coffee Maker
There is a bean-to-cup coffee machine. Please bring whole bean coffee with you.

Washing Machine
There is a washing machine hidden in kitchen cabinet next to the sink. Please bring laundry detergents.

BBQ Grill
There is a portable gas grill in the covered outdoor kitchen. We take care of gas cylinder. Plus we have a BBQ area with fire pit and surrounding seating.

How to pay on sight?
Tourist tax and damage (security) deposit are collected in cash upon check in. We can not accept credit/debit cards. Sorry!

Check In
Check in is from 4:00 pm. Early check in is available upon request and subject to availability. We will let you know a few days prior to arrival.

Check Out
Check out time is 10:00 am. We need time to prepare our property for the next guest. If there is no arrival on your check out day, we will be happy to provide you with a late check out.
